Definitions

• A kagome lattice; an of arrangement of laths composed of interlaced triangles such that each point where two laths cross has four neighboring points. Although called a lattice, it is more closely related to trihexagonal tiling than to a (group)|mathematical lattice.
• Short for : the "bird-in-the-cage"; a Japanese children's game, similar to English children's games, like tag and blind man's blind man's bluff.
• Short for : a kind of 家紋 (family crest) featuring the shape of a six-pointed star, like the Star of David, appearing in the intersections of a kagome lattice in the design.
